Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and offered a great view of the Bay of Prince Rupert. The service was top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to attractions and providing beautiful scenery. The dining experience was satisfactory, although limited for vegan options. Overall, it was a great value for money experience.
The hotel seemed rather cramped superficially, but under the facade, fixtures, taps, etc. , are cheap and seem to be falling apart in some cases. The service was excellent from start to finish, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, even during challenging times. The location offers gorgeous views and a friendly atmosphere for working out or relaxing. The dining experience was good, overlooking the river and providing a setting with wonderful service. Facilities were satisfactory but could use improvement in maintenance.
I was delighted by the small yet comfortable and well-equipped room in the Prestige King with water view suite. The service, especially in the Waterfront Restaurant, was exceptional with unfailingly pleasant and helpful staff. The location, overlooking the water and close to Cow Bay and downtown area, was simply breathtaking. The dining experience, particularly in the lounge, was spectacular with delicious food and impeccable service.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and modern, with a luxurious bathroom that had both a shower and a large tub with a view. The hotel also provided complimentary binoculars in the room, allowing me to watch over the harbor from a lovely window seat. The only downside was the dining experience, as the food was cold and not good value for money.
The hotel offers nice superficial rooms, but it can get uncomfortably hot at times. The service is awesome, with staff going above and beyond, even making thoughtful suggestions. The location is gorgeous, ideal for relaxing and boasts great views, but can be too hot beside the room. The dining experience is spectacular, albeit limited in options. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for a beautiful location with friendly staff.
